I had an Opera account (and an Opera Mail account) years ago, but forgot the details - so I just created a new one.

When I try to log in using Opera browser, authentication always fails but I dont know why. Form data is sent ok as I can see. Any idea?

Click the profile icon at the top-right in order to login. There is NO option there to use Google single-signon! Just email and password.
